All of the following steps must be completed before a student's enrollment at LCU is finalized:

1. Completely fill out and sign an LCU Online™ Student Application.
2. If you want to start your first course (TH-101: Principles of Faith) immediately, send a check or money order for $195 made payable to Life Christian University for the application and assessment fee and tuition. If you want to apply and wait for our assessment of your academic standing before starting your studies, write the check or money order for $35 for the application and assessment fee alone.

3. Put your completed and signed LCU Online™ Student Application and your check or money order in an envelope and mail them to the address below:

   Admissions Department
   Life Christian University
   P.O. Box 272360
   Tampa, FL 33688-2360 USA

4. Once Admissions has your application, they will send you an Assessment Package with instructions on how to possibly obtain advanced placement credits. Follow these instructions carefully!

   If you enrolled in Principles of Faith, they will also send your course materials.

5. If transcripts from an accredited college or university will not be provided, obtain a photocopy of one of the following proofs of high school graduation:

   • A high-school diploma
   • A G.E.D. diploma, or
   • Official documentation of an equivalent education
6. Download and read the LCU Online™ Student Handbook & Course Catalog, then print out and sign the Student Handbook Affidavit form.
7. Print out, read, and sign the Grant of License form.

8. Place the following into an envelope:

   • Your signed and dated Student Handbook Affidavit
   • Your signed and dated Grant of License form
   • A photocopy of your high-school/G.E.D. diploma (if applicable).
   • Your advanced placement documentation (if applicable)
   • A $35 check or money order made payable to Life Christian University for the MLE Evaluation Fee (if applicable).
   • Mail them to the same address used in Step #3 above.
